Need help!

Will somebody please explain how and where to raise the issue of discussing the possible/probable origin of the use and meaning of a word? I can make a good argument that 'bull' as in nonsense, and in describing watered rum -- archaic -- is a derivative of 'bulling' and that 'bullshit' is a city/townie usage arising from a misunderstanding, or in ignorance of the origin.

Just start a discussion on the relevant talk page for the word in question: Talk:Bull, Talk:Bullshit, ...

Heteronormativity or heterospecificity

Is sense 13 really specifically a man who has sex with another man’s wife or girlfriend? Or is that just what the definer has defaulted to, and the only person whose gender matters is the bull himself. Would a man who has sex with a man's husband or boyfriend, a woman's husband or boyfriend, or a woman's wife or girlfriend not be called a bull?
