Rfv-sense: "A dolt, a fool, someone believed to have a small brain."

It is certainly much easier to find quotes that refer to a small brain than to the one who possesses said small brain (and I have added that as a separate sense). I have added three cites which might do the job, although at least one of them could be argued to just be the small brain again. Kiwima (talk) 20:46, 29 March 2018 (UTC)
