@Panda10 Doesn't this word come from borotva + éles (in the same way as hófehér, kőkemény and koromfekete were formed)? Einstein2 (talk) 17:35, 22 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

  • @Einstein2: I'm not 100% sure. It's different than the examples you mentioned because the second part of the compound (fehér, kemény, fekete) is not derived from a noun with the -es suffix. Osiris lists borotvaéles within the separate borotvaél entry and not in the borotva entry. If you have more information, please let me know. Thanks. --Panda10 (talk) 12:52, 23 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
