why can biyearly mean 2ce a year or 1ce every 2 years. quite the difference. dictionaries should make a separate word for each.

Dictionaries don't invent the language. They just describe how people use language. Language changes over time anyway so it wouldn't help to try to dictate this. Equinox ◑ 19:46, 10 January 2018 (UTC)
