@Quercus solaris I don't think it's right to say that "miner's canary" (etc.) is a hyponym. Bioindicator is a scientific word referring to species in a biological context, not to individual animals used for this purpose in industry or whatever. Equinox 19:44, 4 June 2023 (UTC)Reply
