The New Latin word bibliothecologia appears in the genitive inflected form in the M.Bibl. (Magister Bibliothecologiae) degree that has been granted in South Africa, which corresponds to the Master of Library Science. I am confident that you are correct that whereas New Latin bibliothecologia and Spanish bibliotecología are definitely cognate, they are both branches coming off of bibliotheca + -logia by themselves, rather than bibliotecología having come through bibliothecologia. • RFV failed. This seems to have been coined for the use of that one South African degree and is used nowhere else. Quercus solaris made several related entries, all of which were wrong in various ways; I have now fixed them. —Μετάknowledge^{discuss/deeds} 04:58, 14 April 2017 (UTC)
