Doubtful word

I've never seen anyone use "bechorim" or any variants of the such to refer to the Fast of the Firstborn. The most common name is "Ta'anit Bechorot," since that's the normative rabbinic plural of בכור, whereas "Bechorim" is a marked Biblical term Isaacmayer9 (talk) 17:08, 4 November 2024 (UTC)
