"basic bitch", a.k.a. "basic"
[edit]There may be a slang noun sense that we are missing; see Basic bitch. Equinox ◑ 15:06, 23 November 2014 (UTC)
- It could be attributive use of the plural noun basics, referring to basic types of clothing. I don't think that is well captured as just plural of basic#Noun, though that is obviously the etymology. DCDuring TALK 20:33, 23 November 2014 (UTC)
- Examining some of the source at “basics”, in OneLook Dictionary Search. shows that some (eg, Collins) call basics a plural noun. MWOnline has: 'basic (noun)' defined as "basics: the simplest and most important parts of something (such as a subject of study)" DCDuring TALK 20:39, 23 November 2014 (UTC)
