Did I understand correctly that "Did it create a disruption? And how!" is a dialog? That is, somebody is asking "Did it create a disruption?" and another person is answering "And How!".--AivoK 12:07, 3 January 2012 (UTC)

Datedness

Any objections to applying the 'Dated' label to this phrase? In my experience, its only current usage is with the intent to sound old-fashioned. I can't think of a single person under eighty using it unironically. 198.161.143.149 04:34, 11 October 2015 (UTC)
