"Agridulce" means "sweet and sour" taste, but not "bittersweet" taste.
[edit]"Agridulce" means "sweet (dulce) and sour (agrio)" taste. As in "Tofu agridulce", "sweet and sour tofu".
"Bittersweet chocolate" is translated "chocolate dulce y amargo para hornear", it is not "chocolate agridulce", because it is not "sour".
"Agridulce" can be translated "bittersweet" only as figurative, when it doesn't describe taste. PersikFlor (talk) 05:31, 26 November 2023 (UTC)
