Shockingly, an access specifier specifies access. I'm going to stop adding entries now, because I feel as if I'm spamming RFD, but I will finish by noting that sae1962 is a prodigious editor - these are only the SoP entries since October 15, and they are a relatively small portion of a sea of Turkish and German edits which look to be of generally good quality.
