For the same reasons as I nominated sexual abuse. I see no evidence that this is anything more than 'abuse of a sexual nature' - I would welcome evidence to the contrary. Mglovesfun (talk) 17:39, 31 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

keep. This is a set phrase in French, and not a very natural one (probably built from English?): abus is not normally used with this sense in French. It's very easy to find books or sites providing a definition, which is a proof that the term needs a definition. It should be kept, just as abus de position dominante should be included.
