Information

[edit]

UVCE's occur with hydrocarbon gases in the air when they find an ignition source the result can be devastating. The combustion pushes all the surrounding unburned gases a high speeds accelerating faster and faster until the gases burns out this heat wave can cause extreme blast damage. A scenario of UVCE might be like a leaky gas valve. Or one you might hear or see of a man leaving his propane stove or device unlit with the gas flowing then dose something dumb like light a cigarette.
