I imagined there might be a connection with betwixt. "Blend of between and Christmas" doesn't get very close to Twixmas when you try it. Equinox 12:25, 29 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

I agree. I think a merging with betwixt, or better yet, simply twixt makes more sense. Between would render Twistmas or Tweestmas. Leasnam (talk) 15:56, 29 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
