German alt forms
[edit]There might be other german alt forms:
- Sŏul/Sǒul: this it's not easy to find (it sometimes does occur while searching for "Söul" or "Soul")
- Soül: seems to be very rare, maybe a misspelling/misprint of Söul

- The forms "Söul" and "Soul" are already obsolete. I think they should do for now.
