Hi! No, the various endings in -ém seem to just be coincidental. Some come from Latin words ending in -ene (like Santarém from Santa Irene or bem from bene). Others come from "im" (or an?) sounds in Arabic (like Cacém or refém). The sources about Sacavém state it comes from Arabic Saqabi or Šaqabān without adding any suffixes, but I have no idea how does it relate with the actual Arabic lemma. - Sarilho1 (talk) 09:59, 18 August 2023 (UTC)
