It doesn't actually do anything, but I saw this on RecentChanges. :)

Searching for the plural sometimes helps when trying to distinguish English nouns from adjectives. If we're counting Twitter, then there are several results. "Ruzzians" also occurs on page 73 of this durably archived report (→ISBN), although it's in a translation footnote. Not a citation that provides a great deal of context, but here's a Google Groups/Usenet usage: [1]. This one has more context, but different capitalization: [2].

We probably won't find a lot more durably archived citations at this time, due to its nature as recent slang, but it can be found on reddit and pro-Ukraine sites.
