As verb: "to make politically correct". Has one cite. DCDuring TALK 15:27, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
- And that one cite is not durably archived.
- I didn't bother looking for "PC" and "PCs", figuring any verb would be totally drowned out by the noun senses; but I skimmed all b.g.c. hits for "pc'd", "pc'ed", and "pc'ing", as well as for case-sensitive "PCed" and "PCing". I've added the cites that I found that seem worth adding. I think the ante-2005 and 2005 cites are perfect, and the 1991 cite is serviceable. I didn't add this cite, because it's clearly just a pun (the grammar doesn't even work unless you read "PC'ing" as "be seeing").
- So, cited.
- I also found a number of hits using a verb "PC" related to the noun sense "personal computer", and a few related to the noun senses I've just added, of "protective custody" and "private chat". All of these verbs could probably pass RFV, but I haven't added them.
