Is the wine bottle sense a common noun or a proper noun? Most Google hits I got for this sense were still capitalised. If it's always capitalised is it a proper noun? If so shouldn't both senses go under one headword? If it's a common noun shouldn't it be decapitalised? If it's an exception to the usual capitalisation rules shouldn't that be noted? — Hippietrail 23:31, 21 Jan 2005 (UTC)

It seems it is a capitalized common noun, since it is here rather than at nebuchadnezzar, and both the headword and the definition support it being a common noun. I think this is a common enough occurrence that a note is unnecessary. Other capitalized common nouns include A major, Canadian, and President.
