If it is "proposed", as claimed, then we should have some indication of the proposer. There is common confusion over the scope of the "continent of Australia", so some people may misuse the term. But that is an misunderstanding, not a proposal, and if we include the meaning we should probably tag it as such, at least until the novel sense becomes mainstream.
