Medinilla Variant?
[edit]One of the Spanish governors of the Mariana Islands had the last name Medinilla (i instead of e) [1]. That last name was apparently used in the naming of the island of Farallon de Medinilla. --Geographyinitiative (talk) 11:54, 7 November 2020 (UTC)
