"A media franchise created by the American toy manufacturer Mattel in 1982." Encyclopaedic; not dictionary material; move to etymology if relevant to other senses. (Also, this franchise is not "Master of the Universe" as stated, but "Masters of the Universe"). Equinox ◑ 16:13, 14 May 2014 (UTC)

This is pretty terrible. Senses 1, 3, 4 seem to be SoP, rather like "ruler of the world", and miscapitalised, while sense 2 (the media franchise) is only Masters of the Universe (plural) and does not belong under this headword. Equinox ◑ 20:08, 26 June 2011 (UTC)
