There's likely some political motivation behind respelling Hamas as Khamas. The Wikipedia listing for it was created only very recently. It may be that Khamas more closely mimics the Hebrew pronunciation of the name, rather than the Arabic, which is also the case with the little-used Aza (for Gaza). —Soap— 20:56, 9 February 2024 (UTC)

Qhamas

On Twitter there is a second variant spelling, Qhamas, but almost all of the uses of it are by a single Twitter account, and I suspect those by others are mostly by those who follow that account, so as of yet I don't see a good reason to also make a page for Qhamas. —Soap— 20:56, 9 February 2024 (UTC)
