In Hollandic Dutch this usually sounds like [i.tɔɫˈjaːn]. You can also attested according (humorous) pronunciation spellings. However, I wonder whether this is phonemic or merely phonetic, i.e. whether [ɔ] actually merges with /ɔ/ in the same position.
