The following information has failed Wiktionary's deletion process (permalink).
It should not be re-entered without careful consideration.
Not dictionary material. Also, lacks a definition.--Tibidibi (talk) 10:34, 25 September 2021 (UTC)
Keep, the phrase has been mentioned in many comics, books, TV shows, movies, etc. Wiktionary already has Star Wars words such as Yoda and may the Force be with you. Also the word bazinga doesn’t really have a meaning either. Sahaib3005 (talk) 10:38, 25 September 2021 (UTC)
- Either delete or add an actual definition. SemperBlotto (talk) 10:45, 25 September 2021 (UTC)
@Tibidibi:, @SemperBlotto:, I have now improved it. Sahaib3005 (talk) 12:32, 25 September 2021 (UTC)
- Delete, I don't think we need this. The quotation led me to it. DonnanZ (talk) 12:39, 25 September 2021 (UTC)
- Delete – while mentioned in many comic books etc., these are mentions, not uses. Also fails WT:FICTION. --Lambiam 13:19, 25 September 2021 (UTC)
- Yes, other than the 2019, although I'm not sure how much meaning that one conveys. I propose we say this doesn't pass verification. DAVilla 00:32, 26 September 2021 (UTC)
- Delete. Are you making a meme here? You shall not pass. --Octahedron80 (talk) 00:36, 26 September 2021 (UTC)
- I am Groot, sadly, as the phrase lacks an actual definition. bd2412 T 04:18, 26 September 2021 (UTC)
- Delete for the reasons expressed above. A catchphrase by definition will be widely used, but that’s insufficient in itself for inclusion. — SGconlaw (talk) 09:41, 26 September 2021 (UTC)

- Not saying the entry should stay, but wasn't that deletion a bit too fast per the guidelines? "Entries and senses should not normally be deleted in less than seven days after nomination." That was less than 48 hours. AG202 (talk) 04:40, 28 September 2021 (UTC)
