I removed two See also phrases: He's dead, Jim (McCoy's exclamation in Star Trek on discovering that someone has died) and Beam me up, Scotty (Kirk's instruction to Mr Scott when he wishes to be transported from planet to spaceship). I strongly doubt the first has any currency outside of Star Trek, and for the second we have beam up at least; to mention "Scotty" is to turn it from an idiom into a TV quotation.
