It should not be re-entered without careful consideration.

- It should be a sense at Hyderabad either way — so I've just added it. That, I think, makes this as SOPpy as State of South Carolina or Yorkshire County. On the other hand, we have kept SOPpy official national names before, like Kingdom of Norway. Relevant previous RFM discussion: Talk:Baramulla District.
