This isn't really a real word, people aren't using it outside of right wing nationalist types. Most of the usages of this are simply definitions, not actual sentences.

Almost all the usages I can find of this are definitions straight from here. It simply isn't a word that people use (one could say it isn't a real word at all). The extremely small minority who does use it is Greek, English-speaking right wing fanatics. We do not need to support them here.
