- Every cite I found clearly uses it for contempt except for this one:
- 2001, F W Wright, Radiology of the Chest and Related Conditions, page 1-33:
- Within the mediastinum it divides into its two main branches, the upper and lower (or descending) trunks giving rise to a 'horizontal V" or 'Harvey Smith sign”
