Sense 2 (the character in comics) doesn't seem like dictionary material anyhow. It's a specific character, not a general English term. Equinox 14:43, 21 September 2021 (UTC)Reply
There is a precedent for including memetic characters that take on deeper semantic meaning. We've got pedobear and milkshake duck, and I seem to remember a version of "Pepe."
