I moved a quote from the main page to the citations page because the freedom was almost certainly freedom from Japanese occupation, not from Communism. It's possible the 1955 book quote should also be moved, if the book is talking about a situation that happened earlier, but looking at the contents (I dont have an acct so I cant read all the pages) it does seem likely that it's about communism in that case. —Soap— 22:18, 15 June 2023 (UTC)

translation box

a recent edit questions whether the translations really refer to Taiwan. I cant answer for this because I cant view any Chinese pages without using a translator which could well be incorrect. I can try to look into it for the Spanish. However, the header of the translation box should say "Taiwan" if they indeed are used to refer to Taiwan. —Soap— 08:01, 27 April 2024 (UTC)
