The term Foolah is an alternate spelling of Fulah, now more commonly Fula (aka Fulani). Entries from the 1913 Websters can be consulted here for reference. The Fula people do indeed live in the vicinity of Lake Débo in Mali, but also in other parts of that country and in much of the rest of West Africa.--A12n (talk) 12:06, 18 August 2014 (UTC)
