I have found several uses of the term, and added those which were not plainly non-idiomatic (eg dates "by the Dutch reckoning" vs the old English) to the entry, but I'm not sure that enough of them support the given sense for it to pass. — Beobach 22:46, 21 November 2010 (UTC)
