Talk:Cook's tour
Add topici disagree with this definition, or perhaps there are two distinct meanings. my experience is that a cook's tour is a cursory tour, touching on some of the highlights. a kind of overview, but with some specifics, but not enough for a complete survey.
"The best way to illustrate the utility of graphs is via a "Cook's tour" of several simple problems that can be stated and solved via graph theory. (Agnarsson, "Graph Theory: Modeling, Applications, and Algorithms" (Prentice Hall, 2007), p. 1) Note that there is not the haphazardness specified in the current definition.
