Ch’ing-hai in 1904

Qinghai was not established as a province until 1928 according to English Wikipedia. However, the example I give seems to imply that the region was already called Qinghai. This seems to imply a potential third definition for a pre-1928 historical Qinghai region. Geographyinitiative (talk) 18:15, 22 August 2020 (UTC)

@Geographyinitiative: Qinghai was an administrative division in the Qing dynasty, ruled from Xining, then part of Gansu province. Qinghai was not a province though. RcAlex36 (talk) 09:01, 12 January 2021 (UTC)
