I found several pages like this one, my biggest issue with this page is:

• page style seemed more into advertising and providing a link to to a commercial website then defining

what CONOPS means, but there are better sources too, so I'm using them instead.... Ljettinger 17:18, 7 August 2011 (UTC)

The link of the second reference is not correct. I am wondering about the word "proposed" in the definition. Surely a CONOPS can describe an implemented system as well? Willemworthy (talk) 15:21, 19 April 2015 (UTC)
