Sense 4: (Wiktionary and WMF jargon) criteria for inclusion. This specific definition was added by @Espoo. I don't see anything indicating "CFI" means "criteria for inclusion" in general contexts even on Google Books, let alone others referring specifically to our policy here at Wiktionary for inclusion.
