Apparently meaning Associate and Advisory Committee to the Special Committee on Electronic Data Retrieval. I doubt such a thing ever existed Zumbacool (talk) 21:46, 7 July 2022 (UTC)

- The initialism is defined here[2], 1986, here[3], and here[4]. But these are all mentions, not uses. Not sure whether we have been more lenient with initialisms as for requirement of use. --Dan Polansky (talk) 15:54, 28 September 2022 (UTC)
