Who cares what the Webster 1913 abbreviation for adjective is. Ncik 20:50, 31 December 2005 (UTC)
- Enh, just 'cause the facts are falsely given as too restrictive... This 'a.' is used in other places than Webster 1913 to mean 'adjective'. The OED is another that so uses it. But per Παρατηρητής move it to a.. —Muke Tever 16:37, 1 January 2006 (UTC)
Delete - it should be a.? - Παρατηρητής 13:02, 1 January 2006 (UTC)
- Keep as a formatting helper for automated importing of Webster's entries. Or rather, as a handy catch for missed formatting corrections of the same. --Connel MacKenzie T C 17:40, 19 January 2006 (UTC)
- Keep as per Connel. +sj [[User talk:Sj|+]] 00:35, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
- For those who would think this is done with, I must note that I found and corrected five more entries today, using this method. These entries can creep back in with each Webster definition import. --Connel MacKenzie T C 10:30, 17 February 2006 (UTC)
- Deleted nothing new has crept in in the last month. Eclecticology 03:16, 21 March 2006 (UTC)

- Totally false. Am I supposed to report every single correction I make here? --Connel MacKenzie T C 03:50, 22 March 2006 (UTC)
- I made a point of checking "What links here" before deleting, and there were no new links from articles at all! Your wishful thinking does not make it false. Eclecticology 03:44, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

- Requests will stay here until a sysop decides consensus has been reached From the top of this page. Near as I can see there are 3 keep votes and 2 deletes, one of which is a user who ONLY votes (disqulaified on *pedia, we don't have that precident) which is no consensus in my opinion. Why was this page deleted? - TheDaveRoss 04:50, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
- Apparently as a personal vendetta. I hereby request the entry be re-restored. Again. --Connel MacKenzie T C 02:56, 10 April 2006 (UTC)
- My request is still that A., a. and other related entries be restored. --Connel MacKenzie T C 04:29, 6 May 2006 (UTC)
Restored. There's nothing harmful about keeping these, so why create any problems? They can be easily deleted when we've outgrown Webster-importing practices, which we currently have not yet. —Vildricianus 22:13, 22 May 2006 (UTC)
