Having the Jewish blessing under "Vulcan salute" seems somehow inappropriate! Equinox 20:57, 20 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Maybe move that sense into Appendix:Gestures/Jewish blessing and cross-link both pages using "See also" since they use the same or similar gesture?
Also, I don't know much about Jewish blessings, but from what I can see on Google Images, the Jewish blessing gesture is made with the 2 hands, which would make it at least a little physically different from the Vulcan salute. --Daniel Carrero (talk) 09:51, 21 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
I wasn't sure how to go about it. I'll remove it for now, but the Jewish blessing was the inspiration for the Vulcan salute, according to Leonard Nimoy. Sorry for any offense! Aryamanarora (talk) 21:17, 21 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
# A blessing performed by a Jewish priest, representing the letter ש, meaning God.

Created Appendix:Gestures/Jewish blessing. --Daniel Carrero (talk) 21:42, 4 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
