Etymology

[edit]

The etymology here is completely wrong. What is the proof of this claim taken from Turkish? It has no consistency with history and archeology. The Turks were nomadic and lived in tents, but that were Iranians who traded on the Silk Road and had the guesthouses.

It is a native Iranian word, It is from Middle Persian Logogram from Aramaic 𐡁𐡉𐡕𐡀 (baytā)., Manichaean [Term?] (/xānag/, house).--Pahravan (talk) 08:56, 3 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
