@Tibidibi No problem, this Koryo-Saram woman uses this form of the word when singing a sort of folk song, which the recorded mentions as meaning '사랑' (https://gubi.aks.ac.kr/web/VolView2_html5.asp?datacode=11_01_FOS_20150215_KKT_SK_0004&dbkind=2&hilight=%EC%82%AC%EB%A0%B9&navi=%EA%B2%80%EC%83%89;%EC%82%AC%EB%A0%B9(%EB%82%B4%EC%9A%A9). It is also mentioned in this recorded of a man from 평안남도 (http://urisori.co.kr/urisori-cd/doku.php?id=nk:%EB%B6%81%ED%95%9C03:%EB%B6%81%ED%95%9C0310&s[]=%EC%82%AC%EB%A0%B9). I actually couldn't find any uses of it in regular speech, so it might be a sort of literary form of the word from those regions.
