From the usual suspect (IP user). google books:"霊魔"+"は" suggests that this is a valid word, but my sources give 精霊 or 幽鬼 as the glosses for djinn, and none of them list 霊魔 at all, making me doubt that "djinn" is the proper definition for 霊魔. -- Eiríkr ÚtlendiTala við mig 22:55, 3 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

I checked two major 漢和 dictionaries, one 漢英, a historical reference and two dictionaries and did not find it. Nevertheless, it still seems reasonable. I find one clear book use: [1], and two web citations: [2] and [3]. BenjaminBarrett12 (talk) 03:07, 4 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
Huh, I just thought to check against the genie secondary def on the page, and Readers Plus gives 霊魔 in the E->J def, but 大字林 (Daijirin) doesn't list the term in J->J. Shogakukan also lists 霊魔 in the E->J def, but doesn't list it in either J->E or J->J.
I guess that means this passes RFV, then? I'm happily surprised. Maybe our IP user is cleaning up his (her?) act.  :) -- Eiríkr ÚtlendiTala við mig 03:19, 4 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Done, striking. Passes RFV, by my ken. Un-strike if anyone has any strong objections. -- Eiríkr ÚtlendiTala við mig 03:46, 4 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
