Pitch accent with の

@Eirikr, Fish bowl: In 言葉の the の doesn't have the expected low pitch but remains high (as though the word were heiban). This can easily be verified on Youtube, for instance here (the same speakers attaches が and は low). This doesn't apply to all odaka words so probably the pronunciation section should be expanded to include this kind of irregularity. — Fytcha〈 T | L | C 〉 14:30, 3 July 2022 (UTC)

@Fytcha: (vastly belatedly) I had a look at the video, and the ことばの that she says at about the 2-second mark has a noticeable downdrop in voice pitch between the ば and the following の. Is it that the drop is not as much as you expected? Or are you not hearing a drop at all? ‑‑ Eiríkr Útlendi │^{Tala við mig} 21:17, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
