This term is often spelled in hiragana.

@Eirikr: Thanks for the heads-up. By the way, what about making the following changes to {{ja-kanjitab}}?

1. Mark alternative spellings that have other readings. (This is easy to implement by looking at the entry linked to and see whether it has multiple etymology sections, but it is memory-consuming.)
2. Allow the |uk= parameter, thus (partly) doing away with the need of {{ja-uk}}.

Umm, may be #1 isn't a good idea because a few other labels are more needed, such as "irregular okurigana usage", "archaic", "obsolete", etc. --Dine2016 (talk) 07:13, 6 August 2019 (UTC)

@Dine2016: I like the idea. But if it's computationally too expensive, and if it's too complicated (and it appears you're uncovering further complexities), I also don't think it's necessary.  :) ‑‑ Eiríkr Útlendi │^{Tala við mig} 16:39, 6 August 2019 (UTC)
