Kyujitai

@Eirikr For Kyujitai entries, do we do it like the one in 化學 (化學) or the one here someone edited it to? Mar vin kaiser (talk) 23:52, 22 March 2023 (UTC)

@Mar vin kaiser, 化學 was the old format, and 壽命 is the new format.

With the old format, any entry info must be duplicated and then manually maintained -- if anything changes on the "main" entry, the kyūjitai entry information gets out of sync. With the new format, the {{ja-gv}} template auto-fetches the information from the "main" entry, so we don't have to duplicate anything or manually maintain multiple entries.
