喙 in Min Dong

Currently, 喙 gives ché̤ṳ (Foochow Romanised) as a "pronunciation when this character occurs initially in some compounds (喙皮, 喙鬚, etc.)". I've retained this pronunciation. However, I use chói-puòi (IPA^(key): /t͡sʰui²¹³⁻⁵⁵ (pʰ-)βui⁵³/), and this is the pronunciation given by Li (1998). Meanwhile, 蓉典 gives the equivalent of chói-*puòi (IPA^(key): /t͡sʰui²¹³⁻⁵⁵ pʰui⁵³/).
