Also mega- in Mandarin?

"Translingual"

It appears that 兆 can mean different things in different languages. For example, 兆 or any kanji for that matter is never used to represent an SI prefix in Japanese. Could the translingual format be getting in the way?--Bxj 15:20, 13 August 2010 (UTC)
