Accidental duplicate encoding

According to https://web.archive.org/web/20190715104909/http://babelstone.blogspot.com/2007/06/brief-history-of-cjk-c.html , this character (U+34A8) was accidentally encoded a second time as U+20457(𠑗), due to inadequate quality control during the encoding of the CJK-B block. Should this fact be mentioned on the wiktionary page of either character?
