伯帝国

A search at https://hojishinbun.hoover.org/?a=q brings up only ○伯+帝国 (在伯 駐伯). —Fish bowl (talk) 23:12, 24 June 2022 (UTC)

Cheers, @Fish bowl, thanks for having a closer look. I did a scan of the hits at google books:"伯帝国" "は" -- there were only 122 ostensible hits to begin with, collapsing to just 53 when paging through. The first 20 were all scannos or misparsings, with punctuation between the 伯 and 帝, or where the fuller phrasing was 在伯帝国... (i.e. "The [Japanese] imperial ... in Brazil").
